HRsoft is dedicated to supplying top quality training and support for all clients.  Our internal team offers training and support for all products and solutions.  We aim to use training services to shorten the learning curve and guarantee faster and wider user adoption. Training is available live (on-site) or online (WebEx) and covers an array of administrator, manager or user levels. Customized training services for clients are also available.

Clients value the personal attention and excellent customer support provided by HRsoft.  As part of our integrated project management approach, we have an online Support Portal for centralized control over the support and technical communication process.  Support services include:

  • Dedicated Account Managers: Dedicated account managers are assigned to all  clients to develop client familiarity and build lasting relationships.
  • Customer Support Service: HRsoft’s Professional Services team supplies comprehensive product support and assistance with best practices to maximize the results from our solutions.
  • Support Management System & Email: For ease and flexibility, support requests can be submitted by phone or through the Support Portal.  Prompt responses are valued by clients.  All tickets are logged and tracked through our online support portal.
  • First Line Support Training:  HRsoft trains managers and administrative users to assist you in offering end-user guidance to reduce support time and expense.
