Hosted – Software-as-a-Service Solution
When the TalentCenter solution is delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), we host the application and make sure it is always available to your users through the Internet anywhere and anytime. Clients of the SaaS solution generally find the total cost of ownership to be lower than with an on-premise application. This deployment model requires less client side IT resources and dependencies. HRsoft supplies the hardware, management, monitoring and other elements needed to have the system up and running at all times.
TalentCenter applications are hosted in our data center, which meets the highest quality and security standards (SAS 70 Type 2.) Managed by the highly skilled HRsoft technology team, TalentCenter uses state-of-the-art hardware and software to ensure maximum system performance and network reliability.
For employers who prefer to have the TalentCenter application installed on-premise, behind their firewall, HRsoft offers an appliance to satisfy those requirements. In this deployment option, we install the software on an appliance, which is essentially a server. This appliance is then added to the servers run by the client, on-premise. When new releases and upgrades are issued by HRsoft, they are delivered to the client in a format that is easily applied to the on-premise appliance solution. This process allows the client to have the latest software version running and makes the upgrade process easy to manage.
The appliance model has proven successful for employers in financial services, insurance, government agencies and other sectors more comfortable with on-premise solutions. In such situations, network security and data privacy practices require on-premise software. The appliance is a proven way to address these requirements while minimizing system configuration needs and having a convenient method for upgrades.
HRsoft’s Talent Management Appliance is a Rack Mounted Hardware Device pre-installed with the TalentCenter suite or an individual module. The built-in web-based administration console allows dynamic centralized control of applications which are enabled on the appliance.
