Visit our Support Portal
We encourage all our clients to subscribe to, and use our Support Portal. You will have full access to all your tickets, both opened and closed. Here you can attach files, update tickets and have web conversations with our support agents. Also, you can check on the status of your ticket, and request an update.
If you are not currently registered, please contact a support agent directly, at 866-953-8800 (press 4 and then 1), and you will be set up with a login.
Send us an E-mail
You can also send an email directly to our Ticketing system. You will receive an acknowledgement email with your ticket details, and an agent will be assigned your ticket promptly.
